Dhal and fresh coriander
Ingredients for 4-6 person
300 gr of red lentil, 2 spoon of olive oil (or ghee) 1 finely chopped onion- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 spoon of freshly grated ginger one tea spoon turmeric, 2 spoon of finely chopped fresh coriander 
Place the lentil in bowl and cover with water for about 5 minuets, and then drain the water.  Heat the oil in a large pan, add onion and stir, and then add ginger, garlic and turmeric and lentil.  Add 500 ml of water bring to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes until becomes thick.  Add fresh coriander enjoy with Chapatti bread and or basmati steamed rice.
